so i did restoration class iii on 11 distal n 12  mesial..

first, caries free n cavity preparation done...

etching with 37% phosphoric acid  n bonding  agent...

composite restoration (CR) A2...

dr. check gg  11 ok but gg 12 x de proximal contact wit gg 11 lak...

so,removed ckit CR n etching n bonding again..

still x dpt..hu3

last2 dr. yg buat n punye la kacang goreng jer tgk dr. buat...

removed overhang n polish gg...

continue RCT (root canal therapy)

last visit, another canal found on palatal canal..

today to confirmation working length (CWL)..

applied rubber dam n access cavity n irrigation with sodium hypochorite...

take periapical radiograph (PA) amik sekali Alhamdulillah terus jadi...

but dr. ckp elongation lak..hu3

so CWL=22mm

then, do coronal flaring with Gates Glidden 3,2 n 1..

put non setting  calciun hydroxide n sterile cotton pellet n 

caviton as temporary restoration..

treatment smpi coronal flaring jer coz pt dtg lambat....
